Exploring responses to genetic reef restoration – This project will suit an Honours or Masters student with an interest in the social and cultural dimensions of restoration in the Great Barrier Reef. Students will have access to existing workshop data collected by the Australian Institute of Marine Science (AIMS), which concerns Traditional Owner perspectives around the use of workshop data genetic restoration methods on coral reefs. This student will review literature, analyse this data, and synthesis and write-up results. This project will only involve desktop analysis methods - no fieldwork or lab work is involved in this project.
